Zentangle in Nature

This course uses the Zentangle method to represent things in nature. It allows participants to be more mindful in their everyday lives, slow down their pace, and destress and calm their minds. At the end of the course, participants will learn a simple art form that they can use in their daily lives to promote a sense of well-being, and to learn to appreciate their creativity and potential.

Dr Chiang Wai Fong

Dr Chiang Wai Fong is a Certified Zentangle Teacher® and has been sharing the Zentangle Method since 2015. She is also a UK Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner since 2016. She sees clients regularly to assist them with emotional management arising from depression, anxiety disorder, confidence issues, relationship issues, work/life stresses, etc. She is also a MBCT-L (Mindfulness Behaviour Cognitive Therapy for Life) Teacher and has been sharing useful mindfulness techniques for stress reduction and behavioural shift since 2022.

Samantha Lee

Samantha Lee started to learn about the Zentangle® method as a hobby in 2015. She immediately fell in love with the method and discovered that she can be artistic too. The art pieces are somehow amazing to see and at the same time bringing joy into one’s heart as well as to the people who admire them.
