Through this course, you will improve targeted body movements, coordination, and balance to perform daily routine tasks with ease, reduce the risk of falling and chances of injury with focused strengthening exercises and learn techniques for mood-boosting and mind activation to improve the overall quality of life for the elderly.

Ben Lau

Benedict Lau has over 20 years teaching dance and fitness and has created and taught 2 NSA programmes - "Body Conscious Dance" and "Build Lower Body Strength (BLB) with Workout and
Dance". Benedict is an NTU Graduate in Mech Engineering 1996 (Hons) and hold various certifications such as the Latin and Ballroom Dance (UK ISTD – Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, Introduction to Geragogy Guildelines, VPS (Value Principals in Sports) and An Introduction to Safe Dance Practice.
