With the pervasiveness of digital technology in our everyday life, we hear of problems with addiction to the Internet and a growing susceptibility to scams, rumours and fear-mongering – which may have a negative impact on the mental well-being of seniors. This course will help participants learn to use digital technology and avoid the pitfalls which include managing its use so that it does not adversely impact one’s mental health and well-being. Participants will also learn to tap into its power of communication to maintain close ties with family and friends and keep self-isolation at bay.

Michelle has completed ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in 2019 and is a Certified Trainer in Sales & Service Foundation as well as connducted trainings in China, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore.
