This course aims to empower participants to make informed decisions on food choices and dietary habits for better physical and mental health. Participants will get to learn about the burden of disease in Singapore and the various risk factors affecting their health. Participants will also learn how to navigate information overload to make informed decisions on food choices by understanding how different nutrients help the functions of our body.
