This 3-hour programme aims to equip you with a basic understanding of the art and science of baking and different baking ingredients, for the festive season. You will learn how to prepare the following: Baked mini cheese tarts and Chocolate almond slices in paper cups. By the end of the course, you will understand some basic art and science of baking, learn about baking ingredients, prepare and set up baking equipment, understand temperature control and execute and make pastry items.
