This course is designed for individuals above 50 years old who want to improve their knowledge of Basic Nutrition. Through lectures and interactive activities, common nutrition myths will be debunked and participants will also be given the opportunity to learn about nutrition label reading. This will equip participants with the knowledge of how to choose nutritious food in everyday life.

With her profound knowledge and skills in Nutrition Care Process, she has effectively delivered medical nutrition therapy to patients with various clinical conditions such as diabetes, heart problems, liver and gastrointestinal diseases. Gladys enjoys nutrition education and training of students and dietitians. She is a passionate nutrition educator with eight years of experience in teaching & learning at institute of higher learning. She is committed to excellent service and high standard teaching
