This 3-hour experiential learning aims to equip participants with the knowledge of how the ageing process impacts one's physical, emotional and mental well- being. Participants will learn ways to prepare for and cope with the ageing process, and how to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle through their golden years.

Islynn is the trainer in Lions Befrienders' Volunteer Management & Training Department with eight years of experience in preventive health training on programme design and training for the ageing workforce and key areas in preventive health using wearables, fitness and wellness. She is also a speaker for health-related topics. She has obtained her Dace from Institute for Adult Learning in 2021 and is also a certified ACTA (WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) Trainer.
