This 3-hour experiential learning aims to equip one with the knowledge of how the ageing process impacts one's physical, emotional and mental well-being. Participants will learn ways to prepare for and cope with the ageing process, and how to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle through their golden years with the help of different sets of equipment for an ageing simulation experience and using ageing principles and processes.

Jerome is deeply passionate about non-profit work. With over 7 years of corporate sector experience, primarily in people management, he believes his skills and background can drive meaningful change. Both have not undergo Geragogy guidelines training.
