The risk of falling down increases with age, but falling down should not be seen as a normal phenomenon in the ageing process. Many elderly reduce or lose their daily living functions due to injuries sustained during a fall. They eventually lose their independence and confidence in daily living activities. This course will help seniors understand the seriousness and danger of falling, learn self-evaluation on the risk of falling, household fall prevention measures, and what to do when a fall happens. This course includes a series of functional fitness exercises to strengthen the elderly so as to effectively prevent falling through fitness.
