The trainer Rachel is very good. She explains well, is patient and willing to answer questions. I like that she conducts each session step by step whereby she will explain/demonstrate one or two steps and allow us to work on it before she carries on with the next steps. A very approachable and sincere trainer. I'd like to attend her other classes (if any) again.
