Topics include the basics of nutrition and healthy lifestyles, the myths of plant-based food, and many more! At the end of the course, learners will be able to improve their lifestyle by curating a more nutritious, sustainable and healthy lifestyle for themselves.

Goh Ling Chih holds a Degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition for Complementary Therapist (ITEC) qualifications. She is also an accountant and a plant-based practitioner, and has been leading a vegan lifestyle for 10 years.
