Fixed to Growth Heartset - the Somatic Way to Reinventing Yourself
This course will teach you how to recognize emotions and mental health alarms through "Movement in Seniors"; an embodied Laban Movement Analysis approach. Begin to understand the impact of Body, Effort, Space and Shape (BESS) in forging your emotional and mental health. Using the knowledge learnt, you will be able to demonstrate them in movements and give them context, allowing them to be used in multiple environments. By the end, you will be able to test your knowledge through group performance and quizzes after gaining the ability to identify alarms of mental health and emotional challenges and take the next steps to go to therapists for enhanced support.
