The Art of Decoupage

Bookmark the course so that you will receive notification(s) if there are new runs for this course.
Decoupage is the art of decorating objects with paper cut-outs and paint effects. These cut-outs are glued to the surface and several coats of varnish are applied to give it a lacquered finish. The finished products are so stunning that they are often mistaken to be professionally painted. At the end of this workshop, participants will find a new hobby/interest.
