The Ageing Well With Mindfulness course is developed based on the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), a well-researched and evidence-based program, created by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn in 1979, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness. In this course, you will be guided through various mindfulness practices, learn how mindfulness works, perform self-inquiry, share experiences in pairs or group dialogue, and engage in home practices.

Ong Pee Eng

Ong Pee Eng is a full-time mindfulness trainer with 30 years of mindfulness practice experience. He is a Qualified Teacher of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program from the US, Certified Teacher of children mindfulness program “Paws b” and “.b” from the UK, and Certified ACTA trainer.

Phuah Teck Shin

 Phuah Teck Shin has been trained in a monastic setting for 7 years during which he has led, attended and assisted with numerous intensive meditation and mindfulness retreats in the U.S., Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, designed to help deepen the calm and clarity of one’s mind and balance one’s daily lifestyle.
