“Danshari” is a concept of life consolidation proposed by Yamashita Hideki, a Japanese debris management consultant. The so-called Danshari is to understand the self by sorting out the items. It is a minimalist lifestyle of “less is more” that can free you from obsessing over material things. “Danshari” refers not just to physical clutter, but also mental and emotional clutter. Through this course, you will learn how to practice “Danshari” and begin your journey to cut off what you don’t need, let go of excess waste and detach from attachment.
