Through this course, you will learn the botanical aspects of gingers and spices and how to cultivate them, the culinary aspects of gingers and spices and how to use them as condiments in food, the remedial properties of gingers and spices and ways to include them in natural tonics and healthy drinks like teas and the culture and heritage from South Asia in the use of gingers and spices in food and remedies like, Ayurveda, Jamu and TCM.

Ajuntha Anwari is the founder of Medicine Woman Asia whose mission is to empower women through wellbeing education and leadership. A trainer in the art of plant medicines and phyto-nutrition, Ajuntha incorporates them in the food we eat fo the management of our health. Ajuntha, who is ACTA certified, also has a Diploma in Horticulture from School of Horticulture, Singapore Botanic Gardens and a Specialist Diploma in Health Promotion from Nanyang Polytechnic.
