This 3-hour programme aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills of preparing food, especially for the festive season, and its culture. You will learn how to prepare the following dishes: Baked Potato Cream and Roast Stuffed Chicken served with chicken gravy. By the end of the course, you will understand Xmas food culture, learn more about ingredients used and their origins, learn how to prepare equipment and ingredients and learn how to execute Xmas food preparations.
