This course aims to discuss ideas about decluttering as an important tool for leading a more meaningful and fulfilled life, provide an open and safe space for learners to reflect and share current areas of challenges in their lives, provide an opportunity for learners to build relationships and to empower them to apply positive changes in their lives through mutual accountability.

Seah Beng Nah is a Life Coach and has a background in impacting lives with Positive Psychology. In her previous profession, she was largely involved in Communications at a regional level. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her other certifications include : ACTA, Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership.
