Ingredients

 

  • Sunshine 100% Whole Grains Ultra Fine Wholemeal Bread, 4pcs
  • Kale, 100g
  • Avocado, 1 whole
  • Lime, 1 whole
  • Hot Pepper Sauce, 3 dashes
  • Tomato, chopped, 3 wholes
  • Chicken Fillet, skinless, 8pcs (320g)
  • Cumin, 5g

 

Method

 

  • Toast the wholemeal bread on a hot pan.
  • Air-fry the kale till crispy.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork and add in the chopped tomatoes, hot pepper sauce & lime.
  • Grill the chicken fillet on a hot pan and season it with cumin.
  • Layer the following onto the toasted bread:

 

  1. Spread the avocado mixture
  2. Chicken fillet
  3. Kale
