Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Red Snapper, 80 g
- Soya milk (Reduced sugar), 100 ml
- Nyonya curry paste, 2 tsp
- Coriander powder, 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder, 1/3 tsp
- Egg, 1 whole
- Salt, 1/3 tsp
- Shredded curry leaves, 8 pieces
- Pepper, To taste
Method:
- Cut the red snapper to smaller pieces
- Blend the ingredients
- Pour the mixture into a microwave safe container to shape
- Spread the mixture evenly
- Microwave at high power for around 4 minutes
