About the Programme

 

Excess fat can lead to a range of health problems as we age, but losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult or tedious. 

 

Join Robin Chee from Electrum Fitness to learn how to use diet and exercise to reduce fat and build and retain muscle mass. These strategies will help you upkeep your fitness and improve your overall health.

 

Register now to pick up effective strategies for shedding those extra pounds.

 

Please wear appropriate exercise clothing as there will be light exercise during the session.

About the speaker

 

Robin Chee started Electrum Fitness in February 2020 as a non-profit, diverse community of health enthusiasts ranging in age from 20 to 82 years old. He created this community to share his knowledge, inspire others, and help people improve their functionality and reduce pain through appropriately scaled exercises. 

 

Robin is a certified trainer with the World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF). He is committed to continuous improvement and has received personal training from top coaches (both local and overseas) in calisthenics, adult gymnastics, yoga, and pilates.
