Pledge Your Heart Walk 2024

In conjunction with the Go Red for Women campaign, the Pledge Your Heart Walk (PYHW) 2024 returns in-person to encourage women to keep active and reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD).

 

With regular exercise being shown to improve physical and mental health, why not gather your family members and friends (men included) to join PYHW and kickstart a heart-healthy lifestyle together? After all, healthy behaviours are cultivated most effectively with your family!
