Low Impact Exercise is suitable for seniors who want to stay fit and be happy. Activities range between sitting on a chair or standing. Join us to feel good, healthy and happy - while getting you blood pumping and starting your day with an energetic burst.

Total Sessions: Every Monday of the month. (No classes on PH or PH observed)

COURSE FEE:
$5.00 per person - monthly.
**Please be advised that you are able to join the class mid-way during the month, however the fee ($5.00) remains the same regardless of registration date. There is no discount if you register partial way through the course.
Trainer's Bio:
William is a HPB trainer who is passionate about encouraging the community to lead an active lifestyle. His energy and creativity ensures that each and every session is filled with fun and excitement and gets the blood pumping.
