About the Programme

This talk is suitable for participants aged 50 and above.

The plethora of health-related wearables and mobile apps that we use can provide us with a lot of personal health data, such as daily sleep hours and resting heart rate. These health data are useful in helping us analyse and make necessary adjustments to improve our lifestyles.

In this session, learn how to read and interpret these health data to make positive changes in your lifestyle. This talk is organised in collaboration with AMP Lab and the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO).

Note: Participants are encouraged to bring their smartphones and smartwatches (if any) to the workshop.
