About this event
This 45 - minute practice allows you to move your body mindfully through awareness of your breath and your body movements.
There will be a strong focus on breathing, yoga, and body movements and stretches in a fun and engaging manner. These body movement sequences will allow you greater awareness of your body, bringing a balance to your mental and physical well-being.
Dates: Every Thursday evening in November: 11, 18 & 25
Time : 6:15pm - 7pm
**Please prepare your own yoga mat and water bottle.**Please dress in comfortable clothing (pants preferred).
Location: Online. The Zoom instructions will pop up on your screen upon registration, and will also be sent to your email. Please check for an email from "EventBrite" in your inbox or junk mail.
Trainer Profile :
Linda has a passion for Yin Yoga, and is certified to teach Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, as well as Yoga with Essential Oils. She is also a certified WuTao Dance Instructor.
Linda believes that both Yoga and dance are practices that quiet the mind, body, and soul. These practices offer a perfect opportunity for you to be curious about who you are. They will also enable you to experience inner bliss and help you relax through movement.
Linda believes in life-long learning and is currently pursuing Mindfulness courses to integrate it into her teachings to share it with her students.
