老年便秘、腰痛、老年耳鸣、感冒、头痛、小腿抽筋，有的好发年长者，有的可见于各年龄，它给人们造成一定的痛苦。本系列讲座将根据中医理论分析这些病症的病因，症状、防治，特别介绍运用中医理论指导按摩，以达到预防病症发生、缓解病痛的目的。 穴位按摩：老年便秘 ( constipation ) 穴位按摩：腰酸背痛 (lumbago ) 穴位按摩：老年耳鸣 ( deafness and tinnitus ) 穴位按摩：感冒 ( cold ) 穴位按摩：头痛 ( headache ) 穴位按摩：小腿抽筋 ( leg cramps )

资深中医师，新加坡注册中医师。1984 年上海中医药大学毕业，医学学士。曾任上海市中医副主任医 师（相当于副教授），中国中华医学会中医 药学会会员，中国中华医学会中西医结合学会会员。现任 新加坡中医师注册考试考官。朱医师长期注重妇科病，疑难杂症及内科常见病的研究。顾法隆中医师
