科技日新月异智能手机的功能五花八门，手机已不再是单纯的通讯工具。此课程在学员能掌握基本功能操作的前提下，通过引导学员利用网络学习、娱乐交流和电子服务，提高乐龄的手机应用能力，乐享丰富多彩的数码生活。课程内容包括：视频资讯学习平台如 FacebookLive和Zoom，交流和娱乐平台如YouTube和MeWatch，网络商业平台如网上购物、网上付款等，和政府电子服务平台如SingPass，MySkillFuture 和 HealthHub等。

林方铭老师拥有新加坡PSB学院的运动和运动科学文凭，在运动和运动生物力学、团体运动指导方法、功能解剖学和运动心理学方面成绩优越，并在运动生理学、专业研究和重量训练原理方面也颇有心得。林老师是位合格的健身教练，目前是恩群社区服务的全职运动与保健项目执行主管。翁雪玲
