冯崇胜是一名退休华文教师，曾任职与新加坡初级学院。冯老师热心于义工服务也常参与广播剧,戏剧，戏曲等演出。目前在飞跃AAA学院兼职讲员，参与多项课程的设计并担任该课程的讲师。
