Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to use Zoom to stay connected with their contacts, family and friends. Participants will be able to use Zoom to host or join meetings and webinars, able to schedule instant or future meetings. Participants will also be able to create their Zoom account and navigate the various functions of Zoom such as muting and unmuting their microphone, sending chat messages, adding virtual backgrounds and creating Breakout Rooms.

Serene Low
Serene Low has a degree in ICSA and is ACTA Certified. She has a varied work experience in the areas of analysis, cost control, financial accounting, corporate facilities and project management at various organisations including government agencies, SMEs and MNCs. She has been a volunteer trainer in Art and Craft workshops and interest groups since 2013 and a SACE trainer for curated and selected IMDA courses from 2020.
