This Level 2 course expands participants' techniques of ukulele playing and the musical vocabulary of chords. Building upon the Level 1 course, participants will understand more difficult musical terms and progress toward playing a melody using fingerpicking. They will perform a song with occasional music riff on fingerpicking techniques, apply strumming patterns and read a full tablature score. This course is recommended for participants who have completed Ukulele at Your Fingertips (Level 1).

Trainer's Profile
Lee Guo Liang
Guoliang Lee is a Music Educator in Singapore with over 15 years of teaching experience. He holds a Diploma in Music Performance (Guitar) from LASALLE College of the Arts. As a guitarist, he performs extensively and some of his notable performances include performances with “Freefall”, a Touch community band, “H20six”, a local Chinese pop band, and more. Guoliang has also performed in numerous community and corporate events and was a guest performer at Yamaha’s festivals and events. Guoliang emerged as the Champion in the Sungha Jung Guitar Competition held in Singapore in 2016 and performed as the opening act for “Sungha Jung Live in Singapore. He was appointed Ambassador of Yamaha Guitars by Yamaha Music Singapore.
