这是一个有专业糖尿病知识的团队来教授的课程。 课程涉及到了饮食，血糖检测，糖尿病足部护理，以及居家运动等方面。经过参加课程，病人以及家人可以通过学习有关糖尿病的知识来良好的自我控制血糖，避免并发症， 提高生活质量。 任何有糖尿病的病人都可以参加， 尤其适合刚确诊的病人。没有糖尿病的人也可以参加。课程是用华语教授的。
