Sourdough Boule Workshop (Basic)

This course aims to teach participants on the basic techniques of making Sourdough Boule such as timing and methods to create a good starter dough and maintain an optimal environment for the dough. This class requires participants to have basic bread-making skills and is not recommended for beginners.
