Ms Pauline Chan Lai Ping

Ms Pauline Chan has acquired her skills in cake decorating, cookie art and food design through a series of professional qualifications and personal improvisation. She works with other companies to give public demonstrations where she showcases her culinary skills and demonstrates the usage of their kitchen appliances and equipment. She is the current People Association Trainer for SkillsFuture@PA Cake Icing & Design and an ACTA certified trainer.
