Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to operate Hardware features of mobile device as well secure and lock the device. Participants will be able to personalise the software setting such as set ring tone, adjust the screen display, change display language, alarm setting and create calendar. As well able to use the camera basic features to take picture with different modes, create wallpaper and to scan QR code.

Beng Choon has been volunteering in RSVP since 2013. She is actively conducting handphone courses in bilingual and engages the senior participants during course sessions to understand better on how to enable them to adopt new IT skills. Beng Choon also guide senior participants who walk in to enquire about IT-related enquiries and step up to address the concerns.
