Painting on Decorative and Gift Items
A craft workshop that teaches participants how to prepare surfaces like a cotton canvas, rocks/pebbles, ceramic pots etc for painting. Using the correct paints and materials. It also teaches how to stylise images to simple design. Learners will achieve a sense of satisfaction and help keep the mind active. Learners may potentially monetize their expertise by marketing and selling their own creations.

Geri Koh
Geri studied graphic design in Temasek Polytechnic and with her design background, she is able to combine both art ideas into commercial items like decorative arts for gift ideas. She was a Lifeskills Trainer before with the People’s Association and taught at community centres. She has also participated in the Faber Castell roadshows, teaching coloured pencils workshop onsite. On her own, she teaches art and craft to all ages. Currently she has been teaching in SACE mainly art related workshops like drawing in different types of media.Geri Koh
