Through this course, you will learn about the various nutrition challenges older women face, how to read food labels and how to control portion sizing and manage health. At the end of the course, you will test your knowledge through a case study and plan a meal plan.

Leow Su Chuen Belinda

Before becoming an aspiring trainer, Leow Su Chuen Belinda used to work as an Sport Nutritionist at both Singapore Sports School and the National Youth Sports Institute as well as an Adjunct Nutritionist at MinMed Group Pte Ltd and Eat Right Pte Ltd. With over 11 years in the industry, Belinda holds two certifications and memberships, "Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association (SNDA) - Accredited Nutritionist of Singapore" and "Professionals in Nutrition for Exercise and Sport (PINES)".
