Loo Kai Yee has over 30 years of work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing sector with different senior roles including Plant Manager, HR Manager and Head of Culture. His training, facilitation and coaching experience includes Singapore and international participants. He provides on-site training to business leaders in Taiwan, South Korea and Europe and is sought after as an Executive Performance Coach to help organisations to develop their managers who are strong technically but weak relationally to develop them into outstanding leaders.
