在新加坡,更年期后的妇女以及50岁以上的男性,3高(高血糖、高胆固醇、高血压)的风险相应的增加。同时,失智症的问题也会在年龄越高的时候越明显。 这一个互动课程会以简单的方式让您理解这些疾病,然后进一步让您明白您的饮食习惯如何造成甚至加速这些疾病的恶化。学员们也将学习如何设计自己的饮食餐单,帮助改善相关的问题。同时,您也会学习如何阅读以及分析食品标签,正确选择适合自己的食物。

Trainer's Profile

Tee Chee Hoo

After graduating from NUS, Mr Tee worked for 6 years in an MNC as a Nutrition and Skincare Consultant and later as a Lecturer for a Diploma programme specializing in Skin and Nutrition Science. With more than 15 years of experience in consultation and teaching, Mr Tee has also conducted various public talks, short seminars and workshops for companies and organizations. He has also been a regular guest on local media on nutrition topics. 
Mr Tee is currently with the team of Diploma of Wellness and Hospitality Business in Republic Polytechnic and actively sharing his knowledge with the students as well as fellow colleagues. He has also completed the Master of Human Nutrition with Deakin University, Australia.

郑子豪毕业自新加坡国立大学食品科学系,也同时拥有新加坡理工学院美容科学专科文凭。他曾在不同的公司与学院担任营养保健与美容的顾问和讲师。超过17年的教学与咨询经验让他成为许多讲座,工作坊与课程邀请的常客。

子豪也是本地媒体常见的访问嘉宾,例如新传媒的《小毛病,大问题》、《健康那件事》、《小偏方,大拆解》等节目都会看到他与大家分享营养保健的知识。他坚信营养知识不应该是生硬的科学,而是每个人都应该能了解并运用的资讯,帮助大家活得更健康。
子豪完成了澳洲迪肯大学的营养学硕士学位,现任共和理工学院(Republic Polytechnic)的讲师,继续积极的与学生和同事们分享营养保健的知识。
