Participants will learn about the online sales cycle and online customer service strategies. Participants will explore the use of online platforms to sell their products. By the end of the course, participants will learn about the sales cycle and customer strategies, explore photo shoots, photo editing and writing product descriptions, explore listing products for sale on Carousell and other online selling platforms and finally create a free website to list products in hopes to encourage them to start their own home business.
