Herb Infusions and Tincture Preparation
This course covers an overview of key culinary herbs and their beneficial properties, different techniques of extracting plant-based essential oils and concoctions of a variety of herb infusions and tinctures. Participants will be guided through a hands-on experience of making selected Herb Infusions and Tinctures (2-3 types). Through gaining knowledge of key culinary herbs and beneficial properties, participants are able to prepare their own herb infusions and tinctures for personal usage and purpose them into delightful gifts.
