Trainer's Profile

Ms Lim Li Hong Dorothy

Dorothy is a professional trainer in self development and a yoga teacher. Accredited with a Bachelor in Psychology and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Dorothy hopes to empower others in taking holistic health and wellness into our own hands. Since 2021, she has been working with people of all ages using several modalities like Yoga, Self Reflection, Inner Child healing, Gentle Movement, Meditation, Dance Circle.

Mr Phuah Teck Shin

Teck Shin has diverse experiences in horticulture, urban gardening and landscape design. He has also been trained in then-AVA Master Growers programme and NParks CUGE Certificate in Community Gardening Training Series Levels 1 and 2. He was a member of Chartered Institute of Horticulture, UK.
