She graduated from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University and is a certified accountant with Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). With her depth of knowledge in accounting, Treasury, financial work and team building, Josephine was heavily involved in staff training and had offered group sharing sessions both privately and professionally in university programs and global conferences.

As a FIT, she holds one-on-one facilitation sessions with clients in understanding and working through their various difficult relationships, self-understanding, exploration, growth and pursuing their dreams and life purposes; holds group support sessions to guide participants in ways to destress, come back to their centre, ground and take their next steps. During the pandemic, Josephine joined the school in its free offering of large amount of support to the public.
