This course equips the participants with the knowledge and skills to be confident in the use of digital devices, apps, and games to enable them to guide their grandchildren in making smart decisions online. Participants will learn to be a Good Digital grandparents which includes understanding the risks and rewards youngsters are exposed to online and enjoying greater bonding with their grandchildren after learning to navigate the latest games and internet language.

Serene Chua holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University. She brings with her more than 20 years of working experience in Procurement, Sales and Marketing, as well as training and consultancy in top leading US based MNC.
Michelle Ng
Michelle Ng studied at Singapore Human Resource Institute in Training & Development. For the past 25 years, Michelle worked as a Sales & Marketing professional in the global hospitality industry. She completed ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in 2019 and is a certified trainer in Sales & Service Foundation. She has conducted trainings locally as well as in China, Thailand and Indonesia.
