The programme aims to impart the computer knowledge and skills necessary for being a proficient computer user. It consists of 5 units: Computer Basics, Desktop, Windows, Document Creation and File Handling. By the end of the course, participants will gain practical computer skills and knowledge needed to use a computer and computer software confidently in their daily lives. This will help to prepare you to progress onto other courses involving basic computing confidently.

Also adept at teaching users a variety of software programs and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Cloud services).
