你感觉难以应付日常生活吗:要兼顾家庭和工作、照顾年迈的父母、养育孩子,还想自我充实。日复一日这样的生活,情绪不知不觉就在体内积累。本课程旨在为参与者提供在日常生活中保持情绪稳定的技能和知识,以协助参与者规划正念愉悦的的生活、提升自我价值,以及了解自己面对挑战的惯性反应,同时页协助改善人际关系。课程将介绍简单易学也方便使用的身心调理方法,包括正念练习、禅绕画(心灵艺术)和适用于情绪调理的能量疗法。
