Trainer's Profile

Carolynne Ng

Carolynne Ng has over 25 years of experience across various industries and in the last 5 years, she actively develops and facilitates programs for older adults to be engaged physically and socially for community interaction in the social sector. She holds a Master’s in Professional Education (NTU-NIE), Graduate Diploma in Social Work (SUSS), Specialist Diploma in Gerontology (Optimal Ageing Practice) with Temasek Polytechnic. She is also certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Facilitator and obtained ACTA and Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF). Her current work includes partnerships with community organizations and training roles with CFS.

Chan Choon Seng

Chan Choon Seng is a trainer and facilitator of soft skills for adult learning in employment and employability skills and currently conducts CFS workshops to build senior learners’ confidence in using MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and MS Teams at work. He is also a DISC coach and mentors on family matters in church and in the community. He has a diploma in Management Studies and ACTA certified. His work experience spans over 30 years holding various positions from engineering to management including 10 years as customer service and support manager for one of the worlds’ leading manufacturer and providers of printing solutions.
