This course aims to bridge the digital communication gaps between the young and the older adults. What the different emoticons means such as 😂 and the different abbreviations used by the young such as "FOMO", "OMG", can be confusing and result in possible misunderstanding. This course will help learners to be use emoticons and abbreviations in their communication through instant messaging? more effectively when conversing with the younger generation.
