The Beginners' English courses help participants acquire simple communication skills to listen, read, speak, and write in the English Language. Upon completion of the 3 levels, participants will understand and speak in simple sentences. Upon completion of Level 3, participants will be able to ask for help and make requests, give directions, place orders, know the terminologies in banking and postal services, respond to advertisements, communicate healthcare matters, and know telephone techniques.
