This interactive workshop provides basic knowledge and skills in communicating with elderly and assisting them in Activities of Daily Living such as personal hygiene, mobility, feeding and toileting. It also introduces caregiving as a career, particularly for those joining the community care sector or involved in community work with the elderly.

Susie Loh

Susie Loh is a state registered nurse since 1970. She dedicated her life as a nurse practitioner and had held various positions in public healthcare institutions from staff nurse, nurse educator to director of nursing for more than 40 years.  Her professional qualification includes Certificate in Pedagogy, Gerontology Nursing and Postnatal Home Care.  She is currently a locum nurse and delivers training of eldercare programmes.
