Welcome to "The Art of Mindful Living" program, where you will learn and experience the art of herbs propagating and mindful tea drinking, embedding the art of mindfulness in various aspects of life. In this immersive hands-on and therapeautic experience, we learn the art of propagating mint plants, symbolizing growth and renewal. We will also learn the art of mindful tea drinking, savoring each sip as a moment of presence, peace and gratitude. Join us in this harmonious blend of horticulture and mindfulness, where the simple acts of cultivating plants and enjoying tea become profound expressions of living in the moment.

Trainer's Profile

Ms Michell Sheya Wong

Ms Michell Sheya Wong has over 10 years of experience as mindfulness coach, with many years of experience working with SIP to provide mindfulness programmes for elderly. She is also Singapore’s reigning champion for public speaking and is a lover of the spoken and written word – she is Singapore’s 2019 champion for public speaking and is a linguist fluent in English, Mandarin and various dialects. Michell hopes to share her experiences so we can all see that anyone can benefit from mindfulness meditation and that we can practice mindfulness anytime, anywhere, even in the midst of our daily grind. She has over 10 years of experience in coaching industry professionals and students to speak more powerfully, write more lucidly and lead more successfully.

William Chiang

Mr William has over 10 years of experience in farming/ gardening. He also managed SEED, SIP's 2 hectare piece of land at the Punggol Container Park, with over 20 community farms and commercial farms, etc. With his vast experience and expertise in farming / gardening, he is able to share his knowledge on these in a very engaging manner, for the content we are delivering.
