The Art of 3D Paper Quilling

You will learn basic quill shapes, and create simple designs with paper strips by rolling, coiling, crimping and glueing together to form shapes for designing cards and decorative art pieces. The art of quilling provides the participant with a creative outlet for self-expression, a sense of achievement and fun with papers.
