This intensive 5-day residential workshop of daily sustained mindfulness practice will allow participants to learn tools for strengthening their inner resources. Following this, participants will be better equipped to deal with challenges in their lives, ranging from unhappiness to relationship issues in both the personal and professional domains. Participants will learn to take control over their responses to situations and bring about conscious change over their life, allowing for increased self-awareness, a calm mind and heightened resilience.

Angie Chew is the Principal Mindfulness Trainer of Brahm Centre, a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction trainer (University of Massachusetts Medical School) & a certified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course trainer (Oxford University Mindfulness Centre).
